Ocean Terminal starts just before the Talmadge Bridge and contains breakbulk and RoRo facilities. With 6,674 linear feet of docks, the terminal handles forest and solid wood products, and steel. RoRo (roll-on, roll-off) vessels handle motorized equipment such as industrial and farm equipment, and automobiles. The terminal is serviced by 2 rail providers.
At times, Ocean Terminal will dock military vessels that are loading or unloading military vehicles. During these times, the Coast Guard will establish a safety zone around the vessel and escort any transiting vessels around the safety zone.
